Ordering
Whilst all efforts are made to ensure accuracy of description, specifications and pricing there may be occasions where errors arise. Should such a situation occur Crown Falconry cannot accept your order. In the event of a mistake you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer. If an item you have chosen is not available or to be available within 10 working days, you will be notified via your email address. Out of stock goods will be marked ‘to follow; on the delivery note and will be forwarded automatically. The information displayed is considered as an invitation to treat not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon supply of goods.
Payment
You can pay by most major credit and debit cards. You must provide the card holders name as it is shown on the card, and the address exactly as it appears on the card. No responsibility can be taken by Crown Falconry for incorrect or incomplete details submitted on the website. Order without this information cannot be processed. Card fraud is illegal and perpetrators will be prosecuted.
Delivery and Returns
Crown Falconry aims to deliver your order within 5 working days, unless out of stock or unavailable. For items made to order, please allow 21 working days for delivery. Crown Falconry returns policy has been set up to keep costs down and to make the process as easy for you as possible. You must contact us and be in receipt of a returns authorisation (RA) number before sending any item back. Any product without a RA number will not be refunded.
Exchange
If when you receive your product(s), you are not completely satisfied you may return the items to us, within seven days of exchange or refund. Returns will take approximately 5 working days for the process once the goods have arrived. Items must be in original packaging, in all original boxes, packaging materials and all accessories and documents provided by us at time of delivery.
If our labels are removed from the product – the warranty becomes void.
We strongly recommend that you fully insure your package that you are returning. We suggest the use of a carrier that can provide you with a proof of delivery. Crown Falconry will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
All shipping back to Crown Falconry is paid for by the customer. We are unable to refund you postal fees.
Any product returned found not to be defective can be refunded within the time stated above and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover our administration costs. Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced but returned at the customers expense.
If you are returning items for exchange please be aware that a second delivery charge may apply.
Incorrect/Damaged Goods
We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive your products as ordered, please contact us. In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Crown Falconry immediately, this will be given special priority and you can expect to receive the correct item within 72 hours.
Warranty
All Crown Falconry products are produced to the highest of standards, however nothing lasts forever. Please note that a standard 12 month warranty exists for all durable products, such as block and bow perches and their components, baths, and so forth. Consumable items such as jesses, leashes, gloves and so forth do not carry a warranty against manufacturing defects once opened and used.
Knives
You do not need a license to own any of the products we are selling, they are all legal to own in the UK
By law you must be 18 or over to purchase a knife. We age verify all orders, even those placed with Visa or Mastercard Credit Cards (as both are now offered to under 18's), so please make it easy for us by confirming your age online, and giving a contact number as we will need to call some customers to assist with verifying age of the purchaser where background checks have failed. We would also hope you will act responsibly with your new purchase and it is a condition of purchase that you will NEVER CARRY IT IN A PUBLIC PLACE. By purchasing from this site you are committing yourself to our terms and conditions.
Delivery service
We try to make the delivery process as simple as possible and our able to send your order either you home or to your place of work.
Delivery times are calculated in working days Monday to Friday. If you order after 4 pm the next working day will be considered the first working day for delivery. In case of bank holidays and over the Christmas period, please allow an extra two working days.
We aim to deliver within 5 working days but sometimes due to high order volume certain in sales periods please allow 7 days before contacting us. We will attempt to email you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within 28 days of ordering, or to return any goods within 10 days of receipt, subject to them being in the condition they were received. Cancelled items are subject to a 15% re-
